**This girl is located in California, transporation can be arranged out of state to an approved adopter at the adopter's cost.** Panda was an owner surrender on December 20th to the Contra Costa Animal Services in Martinez, Ca. She’s a one year old, 12 lb, spayed female with a great disposition. She’s heartworm negative but does have a cornea ulcer we are medicating at this time. The pressure is low in her eye so there’s no need to remove it at this time. However, the vet does not know if it will clear up. We will re-check her eye in another week. She isn’t housebroken yet but is very smart and it shouldn’t take any time to do this. She’s good with our dogs although, being a youngster, wanting to play during her awake hours gets occasional growls from out older dogs. She's curious about our cat but isn’t aggressive toward her. She sleeps in a crate through the night with no problem and after some arguing she crates well after meals and during busy times when we can’t keep her under direct supervision. She is a love and if we didn’t already have two we’d keep her for sure. She needs leash training but mostly wants to lay in your lap and at 12 lbs you don’t even know she’s there until she starts snoring!
